1. Introduction

and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding
between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and this Website operator (“Operator”,
“we”, “us” or “our”). This service is for personal individual use only, you are
not permitted to access and use the Services on behalf of a business or other
legal entity. By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you

When you upload Photos to the Service,
you grant us the irrevocable licence to use them in any fashion including but
not limited to posting the Photos publicly on social media and in print. You
confirm you are the owner or have the appropriate authority to submit a Photo
and that they are free from any form of copyright whatsoever.
3. Photo Submissions
and Rejections
We
reserve the right to reject any submission and are not required to give any
written or verbal justification whatsoever, any rejected Submissions can’t be
contested.
By using this Service, you agree not
to upload any Content that is unlawful, defamatory, libellous, objectionable,
profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise
inappropriate.
Any submissions that have any of the
following visible will be rejected:
i. Trademarks,
logos, or brands that appear in Photos
i. People’s images
if they are recognisable in the Photos
4. Representations
and Warranties
You are solely responsible for any
consequences that occur because you’ve uploaded the Content on the Service and
warrant to us that:
i. You are the
creator and owner of the User Content or have all necessary rights from other
people or companies to use, and permit other users to use, your User Content on
the Service.
ii. Your Submission
does not and will not infringe or misappropriate any third party right, including
copyright and other intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of
publicity, or moral rights, or slander, defame, or libel anyone. In other
words, your Submission must be your original work and you must have the
permission of any third parties that have rights in the User Content before you
upload or post the User Content to the Service.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age
to use the Services. By using the Services and by agreeing to this Agreement
you warrant and represent that you are at least 16 years of age.
6. Links to Other
Resources
Although the Services may link to
other resources (such as websites, mobile applications, etc.), we are not,
directly, or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship,
endorsement, or affiliation with any linked resource, unless specifically
stated herein. Some of the links on the Services may be “affiliate links”. This
means if you click on the link and purchase an item, the Operator will receive
an affiliate commission. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating,
and we do not warrant the offerings of, any businesses or individuals or the
content of their resources. We do not assume any responsibility or liability
for the actions, products, services, and content of any other third parties.
